Can I talk to someone at DisposableKeytags.com.au?

Yes, you can talk to someone over the phone by calling 1300 134 681, and stating that you are buying from DisposableKeytags.com.au.

Ordering:

Do you have a store?

No we don’t have a store.  You can only order online or over the phone.

Is your website secure?

Yes, your credit card details are processed via PayPal.  DisposableKeytags.com.au does not store any credit card information.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes you can, but we prefer for you to order online.  If you do want to order over the phone, please call 1300 134 681.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard only.

Can I cancel an order? How?

Yes you can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped out.  Orders placed before 2.30pm are shipped the same day, so please call us immediately if you need to cancel, as there is a good chance that your order will be already packed and ready to go.  If your order has already been shipped, don’t worry, you can still return it to us for a refund.

Do you always have stock?

Yes we have stock of all the items stated on our website 99.9% of the time.  If there ever is an issue with our stock level, then we will contact you immediately to inform you of the eta of the goods.  If the eta is not acceptable to you, then either an alternative colour of keytag will be offered, or you can cancel your order.

What currency are your prices?

Our prices are in Australian Dollars and a 10% goods and service tax (GST) will be included before final payment.  If you wish to order from overseas, please contact us for pricing.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You can return your goods to us within 14 days from purchase for a refund, replacement or exchange. 

Can I return the keytags if I am not happy with them?

Yes you can return your order to us if you are not happy with your purchase.  Please call us before you return the goods on 1300 134 681 for us to give you a return authorization code.  You are required to cover the cost to get the goods back to us, and upon the goods return, we will credit you in full or exchange the item.

I have received the wrong item.  What do I do?

If you have received the wrong item, please call us on 1300 134 681 for us to give you a return authorization code.  We will collect the incorrect goods and send you the correct item immediately.

The goods I received are faulty.  What do I do?

If an item is faulty, please call us on 1300 134 681 for us to give you a return authorization code. We will collect the faulty goods and send you a replacement item immediately.

Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed and paid for before 2.30pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. If you place an order after 2.30pm on a working day or at the weekend or on a public holiday, then your order will be dispatched the next working day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location within Australia, most items will be delivered between 2-7 working days.

What are your shipping costs?

If you order 3 + packs then your order is freight free.  If you order 1-2 packs, then a $10.00 (ex gst) freight charge will apply. 

What courier do you use?

The majority of our shipments are delivered by Fastway Couriers.  A signature will be required upon delivery for you to receive your goods. For areas that Fastway Couriers do not cover, your goods will be sent via Australia Post, with a track and trace number.
